The walk-in line is the first tab, not an add-on.

BladeBook Web is the front-desk console for barbershops and barber colleges. The line, the chairs, the book, checkout and the day’s numbers on one screen, live with every barber’s phone.

Runs in any browser on the front-desk computer or tablet. The barber app for iPhone and Android is included with every seat.

Example front desk. Four people in line with a running time in line for each, three chairs with a running time in the chair. Simulated data.

Two timers on every ticket, in the order people came in.

A barber told us his old system held walk-ins in order with a wait timer and a service timer, and the system that replaced it sold that back to him as an add-on. So the line is where BladeBook Web opens.

Time in line
Starts the second someone checks in, whether at the desk, on the kiosk, or from their own phone. Turns amber, then red, as the wait grows.
Time in the chair
Starts when you seat them. Both timers come from the check-in and seat times themselves, so every screen in the shop shows the same number.
The order is the order
Positions follow check-in time. Someone who asked for a specific barber waits for that barber; everyone else takes the next open chair.
Board view for big floors
Twenty chairs and a hundred and fifty tickets a day fit on one monitor: daily ticket numbers, in, chair, and served times at a glance.

Every tab of the console.

This is the actual tab bar. Ten tabs, big touch targets, and the things a front desk does all day within a tap or two.

Front Desk
The line and the floor on one screen. Add a walk-in, seat them, mark them done. Big shops get a board view: every ticket, daily numbers, timers that change color as they age.
Appointments
Today’s book, live. Book for someone on the phone or at the counter, and bookings made in the app appear the moment they happen.
Clients
Everyone who has sat in a chair, kept by phone number: visits, spend, last seen. Bring your old list in from a CSV.
Checkout
Build the ticket from your service list and take the payment in a few taps. Cash today, card next.
Drawer
Opening float, paid in, paid out, cash tips, and a close-and-count at the end of the night.
Reports
Revenue and bookings by week, top services, and each barber’s numbers. Nothing you need a class to read.
Hours
A time clock. Clock students and staff in and out, with hours counted toward the state-board target.
Marketing
Post copy, story scripts, and alternate takes written for your shop by the AI Marketing Studio.
Billing
Your shop plan and barber seats, managed here on the web.
Settings
Shop profile, your barbers, services and prices, and the walk-in quick picks the kiosk shows.

One floor, three screens.

The console, the barber app, and the customer’s phone all read and write the same shop. Seat someone at the desk and it changes on the barber’s phone before they look up.

The front desk

BladeBook Web, in a browser

  • Runs the line, the book, checkout and the drawer
  • Books for callers and walk-ups
  • Shows and prints the shop QR, launches the kiosk and the TV board
  • Owner reports, hours, and billing

The barber’s phone

The BladeBook app, iPhone and Android

  • Their own queue and today’s schedule
  • Start, complete, and running-late in one tap
  • Clients, earnings, and payouts
  • A personal profile with a QR code to share

The customer

No app needed to get in line

  • Scans the shop QR and checks in from their camera
  • Or types their number on the front-desk tablet
  • Watches their place in line on a live page
  • Gets a text when their chair is ready

Everything above is the same BladeBook backend. Change it anywhere and it changes everywhere, live.

And a fourth screen for the wall. Put a TV on the wall and open the board link: the walk-in line and the next thirty minutes of appointments, names abbreviated for privacy, with a big clock.

Booking, wherever the customer already is.

One book and one line behind every way in. However a customer reaches you, it lands in the same schedule and the same queue that the console and the barber’s phone read.

Appointments

In the app
Customers find the shop, pick a barber, a service, and a time, then pay with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and add a tip.
From a barber’s QR code
Every barber has a profile with a QR code to put on the mirror or a business card. Scan it, see services and reviews, book that chair.
At the front desk
Book a caller or a walk-up from the Appointments tab, with a named barber or the next open chair.
On your own website
Your site’s Book Now button runs on BladeBook: your services, your real open times, straight into the same book. Details below.
Book again and rebook plans
One tap to repeat the last visit. Put a regular on a cycle and, if they opted in, a text nudges them when they are due.
Changes without a phone call
Customers reschedule or cancel from their bookings, within your policy. Shops with the AI add-on can tell the agent to move or cancel a booking for them.

Walk-ins

Scan the shop QR
It opens in the phone’s camera, no app and no account. Name, number, service, and they are in line.
The tablet at the desk
The same check-in on a kiosk. Returning customers type their number and get greeted by name.
The desk adds them
Front Desk tab, one line: name, service, who they want. A phone number is optional and links the visit to their file.
Join from the app
Customers with the app tap Join waitlist from the shop page before they leave the house.
The barber’s own queue
A solo barber or a booth renter runs their personal line from the app, no front desk needed.
Then they watch the line
A live page shows their place and estimated wait, and a text tells them when the chair is ready.
yourshop.com/bookThe customer books on your siteYour services and open times come from BladeBook, so nothing double-books.
It lands in the bookThe console and the barber’s app show it right away, like any other appointment.
You get an email, they get textsA new-booking email to the address you choose. Text updates to the customer from BladeBook’s number.
Your site’s admin stays in stepA shop-scoped key lets your site’s own dashboard list the day’s appointments and update their status.

Built for three kinds of shop.

A barber in a suite
The app is the whole business: bookings, a personal walk-in line, clients, earnings, and payouts. Add your own website and it books into the same schedule.
A shop with a full floor
The console at the desk, the kiosk on the counter, the board on the TV, and every barber on the app. Seats add barbers as you grow.
A barber college
Board view for twenty chairs and a hundred and fifty tickets a day, a time clock that counts hours toward the state board, and owners who can clock anyone in.

Priced for a shop, not a chain.

Barbers subscribe in the app. Shops subscribe here on the web, and every seat includes that barber’s full Pro app.
